Students - Individual Growth

The pupils are introduced to the Individual Growth Programme at the beginning of their Grade 6 year. The programme is split into four levels, Junior, Intermediate, Monitor and Senior. Pupils can achieve two levels a year.

The programme is designed to allow every child in the school the opportunity to achieve their Senior Badge during their Grade 7 year. The following areas of school life are included in the Programme:

1. Academics
Based on the effort put into the academic programme

2. Extramural
Based on participation, effort, attitude, loyalty, perserverance, and attendance

3. Presentation
Based on the pupils presentation of work and self at school and when representing the school.

4. Conduct
Adherence to the Grayston Code of Conduct and value wheel.

5. Service (Senior and Monitor Levels)
Based on the pupils involvement in the whole school programme.
